Kathleen MacInnis Kichline
holds a Masters of Divinity from Seattle University where she currently serves as adjunct faculty, teaching a course on spiritual retreats. She is the author of several scripture studies, the first being Sisters in Scripture: Exploring the Relationships of Biblical Women, (Paulist Press, 2009. This was followed by Never on Sunday: A Look at the Women NOT in the Lectionary, and Elders of the Bible: God's Invitation Late in Life. As our Church is inspired by both scripture and tradition, Kathleen followed these scripture studies with the course taught in parishes, Sisters in Tradition, which traced the stories of women from Mary Magdalene through contemporary times. Thoroughly grounded in pastoral ministry, she served many years within the Archdiocese of Seattle as Pastoral Associate and Pastoral Assistant. Currently, she creates and leads retreats both in person and online, teaches and offers workshops. www.sisterinscripture.com
